Beryl is expected to make landfall early Sunday afternoon south of South Padre Island, TX.
SAN ANTONIO — A man is recovering in the hospital after being hit by a car on the northwest side Friday morning,According to police, a man in his 20s was running across the street when a sedan clipped him and sent him into the car's windshield.
Police said the driver did not see the man. Officers do not suspect alcohol played a role in the incident.
