The 56-year-old lost control of the moped and collided with a center concrete median before he was ejected from the bike, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Hyundai also lost control and crashed into the center concrete median. Police said the 34-year-old had been intoxicated at the time of the collision and was arrested on intoxication manslaughter charges.
