Lewis Capaldi ‘an absolute delight’ as he headed out for seafood pasta at Manchester favourite
Lewis Capaldi was in Manchester last night, and while last time he was here he went out for pizza, this time, he plumped for pasta. Ahead of his show at the AO Arena, the Scots singer rocked up with his entourage at the nearby Italian Salvi’s.
The restaurant tweeted out a snap of its famous patron, adding ‘we hope you think of us every time you ‘take her out to fancy restaurants’, noting the lyrics to his song Pointless.The restaurant’s owners told the Manchester Evening News: “Lewis was an absolute delight to host this week, and it was a pleasure to have him here at Salvi's Mozzarella Bar at the Corn Exchange.
"We thought he might have been a bit starstruck by the Manchester legends within the Salvi’s team, but he just about managed to keep it in check! We'd love to tell him to come back again soon because, as his latest song says: everything is pointless without you!”
