Letters to the Editor
Readers would like action on downtown Dallas crime; answer a letter about voting for Democrats; question Ken Paxton’s motives; and point out a disparity in Cowboys salaries.
I could document many more ways President Joe Biden has helped the country but for people such as this letter writer, it seems a waste of time. They prefer to believe the doom-and-gloom picture painted by nearly every Republican candidate.Re: “Little lizard sparks big lawsuit from Paxton — AG says feds using endangered status to target oil, gas industry,” Tuesday Metro & Business story.
If we are assessing motive, might I try Paxton’s? Aside from typical political posturing, perhaps Paxton wishes to destroy the Endangered Species Act altogether? Favorable district, favorable Supreme Court and he implies the whole process is illegal. Just so his donors can stomp all over the helpless little lizards of our beautiful country!I’m not sure how long Ken Paxton has claimed to be a Texan, but surely the “Don’t mess with Texas” rally is within his grasp.
