: Kementerian Kerja Raya menerusi agensinya Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia berhasrat memulakan penghantaran pekerja ke Nagasaki, Jepun menjelang suku keempat tahun ini sebagai kerjasama dalam bidang Pendidikan dan Latihan Teknikal dan Vokasional .

Dalam kenyataan hari ini, beliau memaklumkan usaha ke arah kerjasama itu sedang giat dilaksanakan bersama institusi dan agensi berkaitan di Nagasaki dan program itu akan dimuktamadkan dalam Memorandum Kerjasama dijangka ditandatangani tahun ini. Pertukaran teknologi juga akan diperkemaskan menerusi kerjasama tersebut yang antara lain memfokuskan penggunaan teknologi moden dalam kerja kimpalan dan pengendalian jentera berat.

Pertemuan itu adalah susulan lawatan kerja CIDB ke Jepun tahun lepas, yang bertujuan meneroka peluang menghantar pelatih TVET ke Nagasaki untuk mendalami ilmu berkaitan, bertepatan dengan komitmen Kerajaan MADANI kepada pembangunan belia dan pertukaran pengetahuan.
