Gov. DeWine says that the biggest investments continue to be in mental health. Over the past six years, the governor says he has been working to build better mental health resources for all Ohioans, including the expansion of hospitals and new mental hospitals.Another big focus is improvements with security of state prisons, for both adult and juvenile facilities, that will protect both inmates and staff.
