Jon Johnson Four sons of PGA players will be paired together for the first two rounds when play in the 15-18 division of the 75th Annual Press Thornton Future Masters begins Thursday.
“Tee times are usually random,” Turner said. “We do make some adjustments with brothers that don’t like to play together, so we will pair them back-to-back. “Also, if someone who has not played here before is paired with a PGA player’s son may just feel the pressure. So, we felt like we did have those four and they do play together at other tournaments, we felt like that was probably good to put those four all together.”
Mason Crowder of Dothan, who won the Class 3A high school state championship this past spring while representing Northside Methodist Academy, will be playing in his final Future Masters.
