First Watch , a popular breakfast and brunch restaurant chain, is set to open a new location in Strongsville , Ohio . The restaurant will occupy the former T.G.I. Fridays building in The Greens of Strongsville retail center . While the company plans to remodel the approximately 7,100 square foot space, they will not be expanding its footprint.

Although the Strongsville Planning Commission approved the project last week, details regarding the opening date, number of seats, and outdoor dining options remain undisclosed. A spokesperson for First Watch was unable to confirm the new location despite the planning commission's approval. This news comes after the company announced renovations for their existing Bob Evans building location, which will also see minor exterior modifications. The spokesperson previously stated that the Bob Evans building renovation, measuring around 4,600 square feet, is slated to begin in November. First Watch currently operates several restaurants throughout the Greater Cleveland area, including locations in Brunswick, Medina, Macedonia, Mayfield Heights, Middleburg Heights, Orange, Rocky River, Solon, University Heights, Westlake, and Willoughby. The new Strongsville location will join the company's growing portfolio and offer residents another option for delicious breakfast and brunch fare
