The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame unveiled a new bobblehead featuring Scrim , the adventurous terrier mix from New Orleans who led community members on a months-long chase. The pup is depicted in a running pose, and the bobblehead's base is colored for Mardi Gras in green, purple, and gold.
Scrim, who earned the nickname 'Paw-dini' became a local legend after pulling off two daring escapes in 2024. He was finally rescued for a third time after months on the run. Since then, the pup's story has inspired tattoos, murals, and even Mardi Gras floats. “We’re excited to unveil the first bobblehead featuring Scrim, New Orleans’ favorite runaway pup,” National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar said in a media release. “This bobblehead will be the perfect way for fans of Scrim to show off their love and support for the elusive rescue dog!”for $30. A percentage of the proceeds from the bobbleheads will go to Zeus' Rescues, which is helping with Scrim's care.
