The firm listed the two-building property in Hayward, which totals 353,653 square feet, for sublease earlier this spring, according to a report from the . The outlet also reported that Rivian signed the lease at 25500 Clawiter Road just last July and that the developer building the LogistiCenter complex hopes to complete the project by the end of this year.
