“When you have a chance to be a part of a program that’s been established and done such a good job over the course of the last several years, and it will be taking care of a lot of other things necessary to provide for your family, you have to do it,” Goodwin said. The coach said it was difficult to leave his team at Chelsea, but he believed that their relationship would continue.
