A medical doctor died shortly after she was served a meal at a restaurant at Disney Springs that was not allergen-free, according to a lawsuit filed last week in Orange County.

Kanokporn Tangsuan died after allegedly suffering a fatal allergic reaction after dining at a Disney Springs restaurant in Florida last October.Disney has yet to officially file its latest motion in Orange County, Fla., circuit court as of Tuesday morning, records show. Her husband, Jeffrey Piccolo, has accused Disney and staffers at the Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant of negligence because Tangsuan had repeatedly warned them of her severe nut and dairy allergies.Disney had claimed both agreements had required Piccolo to consent to the arbitration fine print before purchasing, the motion added.
Tangsuan, 42, died on Oct. 5 of a severe allergic reaction known as anaphylaxis just hours after dining at the Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant with her husband during the ill-fated trip.
