) - FOX10 News continues to ask questions about the state of the Baldwin County Department of Human Resources Office since a local law enforcement agency said several cases of abuse were reported to them which were never turned over to police.
Baldwin County DHR has come under fire after Robertsdale PD said a child abuse investigation revealed the agency failed to report multiple cases of potential abuse to law enforcement“They send a report to DHR and then DHR sends us a referral,” explained Corporal Michael Baggett with Robertsdale Police.
“….and allowed abuse by his wife, Kelsey Brewer, William Brewer, did such acts on more than one occasion…”
