Is it ok to block side streets, entrances and driveway’s if no car is in sight? - Photo by Yadi Rodriguez, cleveland.comHave you ever been driving along and needed to turn into a gas station, side street, store or even your house and couldn’t do so because traffic is backed up and the entrance where you need to turn is blocked with cars?
You finally manage to make eye contact with one of the cars blocking, and they try to inch up but there just isn’t enough room and they look at you with that, “Sorry, I tried” look? Sigh. Aggravating, isn’t it? We even have signs to remind us. “Don’t block the driveway.” I’ve seen them posted but nobody seems to pay them any attention.Whether there are signs posted or not, do you block the entry driveway anyway if you don’t see a car in sight?
