The incident happened around 1:45 p.m., Wednesday, at the intersection of Kim Valley Street and Sweet Valley Street.
According to the police, the only witness to the alleged kidnapping said she saw a young girl being forcibly taken and placed into a white utility van by three people wearing black ski masks. Police say they canvassed the area and checked with a nearby school, but no one called in a missing child. The investigation remains open, but if you know anything about this incident, please contact the police.
