by JACKSON WALKER | The National DeskFILE - Republican Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey speaks to reporters after taking the oath of office in Jefferson City, Mo., on Jan. 3, 2023. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced Monday he is leading 19 other states in challenging a Biden administration plan to cancel student loan debt for thousands of Americans.$6.1 billion in student debt for more than 300,000 borrowers this month.
