Coroner Jordan Conner told CBS 21 no further information is available due to the ongoing federal investigation into Lopez's death. 'This investigation still remains active and at the direction of the United States Attorney’s Office, no further information is available at this time,' Conner said Thursday in response to a Right To Know request.
A spokesperson for Letterkenny Army Depot said March 12 that the incident was under investigation by the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division.CBS 21 has reached out to the Department of Justice, the Franklin County Coroner's Office and the Letterkenny Army Depot for comment.Crews are working to retrieve a tractor-trailer that smashed through a guardrail into a reservoir, according to dispatchers.
