Hyundai has introduced the Knight Edition of the Venue in India, featuring a blacked-out design, updated technology, and a significantly lower price compared to the US model. The new Venue boasts a more modern design, increased dimensions, and a feature-rich interior.

Hyundai has launched a Knight Edition of the Venue in India, leaning on the usual blacked-out trim playbook. The surprise though is the price, as this special edition lands at roughly half the cost of the previous-generation Venue still sold in the United States. The SUV is based on the second-generation Venue introduced in India in late 2025. It moves the design on with a boxier stance, more sculpted surfacing, an upright nose, and updated LED lighting.
It is also taller and wider than the US-spec model, with a slightly longer wheelbase, giving it a bit more presence than its footprint might suggest. Matte black Hyundai badges complete the look, joined by red brake calipers that gesture toward sportiness.
It stops short of the more aggressive bodykit fitted to the Venue N Line, keeping the changes largely cosmetic. The full black treatment continues inside the cabin with exclusive leatherette upholstery for the seats.
However, Hyundai designers added a few Brass Colored inserts on the dashboard and the steering wheel to break the monotony. The dual 12.3-inch curved displays of the second-generation Venue render the American car’s 8-inch touchscreen almost quaint.
Elsewhere, the spec sheet runs deep, including a 360-degree camera, integrated dashcam, sunroof, reclining rear seats, rear sunshades, and an eight-speaker Bose premium audio system. Under the hood, buyers choose from three non-electrified powertrains. The base naturally aspirated 1.2-liter gasoline engine produces 82 hp, the turbo 1.0-liter gasoline bumps the power up to 118 hp, and the 1.5-liter diesel generates 114 hp. For comparison, the turbocharged 1.6-liter engine of the US-spec Venue is good for 121 hp.
Half-Price Deal The 2026 Hyundai Venue Knight Edition is now available to order in India, starting at ₹9.70 lakh . That places it at roughly half the $20,550 entry point of the US-market Venue, which continues on in first-generation form. The priciest Venue in India is still the sportier N Line, which climbs slightly higher to ₹15.48 lakh , underlining just how aggressively the Knight Edition is positioned within the broader lineup.
