Talking to newspersons in Guwahati after a review meeting, he said that 20,000 people would be tested daily in Guwahati from 17th of this month. He also informed that from 17th onwards, COVID patients above the age of 50, who do not have separate toilets in their houses, would have to be mandatorily shifted to COVID care centres or hospitals.
