A young mother who fought for her life for ten days after a horror Galway car crash was 18 weeks pregnant at the date of the accident that would ultimately kill her.
Irene tragically lost a child, Lauren, twenty years ago and was the loving mother of Daniel, 20, and Isobel, 3, at the time of the accident. "Irene was very easy going. She has a very good heart and everybody knows her. She'd always be stopping to talk to you and when she starts talking to you you'd never get her away," Marcella said.
