Clark Hill says combination presents new opportunities for young solicitors to advance their careers

Clark Hill, a US law firm which has had an Irish presence since 2018, has acquired HBMO solicitors in a move that further expands its Dublin office.

The combination follows an ongoing trend of mergers among law firms in Ireland, particularly between international and domestic entities.
