A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a missing woman in Northern Ireland.

The accused 26-year-old Brandon John Rainey of James Street in Ballymena is charged with the murder of the young woman.Police on community rescue teams last night stood down searches after suspected human remains were found.A second man is due to appear in court, charged with assisting an offender.
"Our thoughts this evening are very much with Chloe’s family and we have specialist officers providing them with support at this heart-breaking time". Inspector Millar also thanked the community in Ballymena and the search and rescue teams for their help in trying to find her.
