‘Treat the outdoors as an extra room’: the simple ways to get your garden ready for summer parties

Heat a griddle pan over a high heat. Season the steak and rub with the garlic and the rest of the oil. Cook for two-three minutes on each side for medium . Transfer to a plate to rest.
