Gary Wells, 34, visited Aintree Hospital on Friday wearing a protective mask to find out if he has coronavirus after coming into contact with a friend who had recently returned from China

A frustrated couple who believe they have coronavirus claim they are trapped in their homes as no one has tested them.

After first developing symptoms on Wednesday, March 4, Gary said he was told someone would come out and take swabs within 72 hours.Despite the Government advice which states people should stay at home if they believe they have coronavirus, Gary made a visit to Aintree Hospital on Friday to see if he could get tested. But he ended up leaving the hospital after he claimed he faced a very long wait.
