St Patrick's Day 2019 will be remembered as the "awful day when three beautiful young people needlessly lost their lives", mourners heard today.
He said: "In these days of tragedy and deep sorrow, I've had the opportunity to speak to many people about Morgan and they all agree on what they say about him."He was a vivacious, charismatic and energetic young man who nobody had a bad word to say about. He told the congregation: "On Sunday night, and during the early hours of Monday, a dark and threatening cloud hung over all of us, as we struggled to understand and come to terms with the tragic turn of events on what ought to have been a night of fun, dance, friendship and laughter.
"She was ‘living the dream’, energetic and full of life, doing and enjoying all the things that made her happy. He added: "Saint Patrick’s Day 2019, in the parish of Donaghmore and beyond, will not be remembered with any nostalgia or fond memories of the band parades or any other part of the celebration of our national Saint’s day.
Mourners at his funeral in Saint Malachy’s Church, Edendork in Tyrone heard how Connor had "an infectious smile".
