As Donegal joined Dublin in level three this week there is a number of more counties on the edge of restrictions.
Louth and Waterford remain the ones being watched closely although the latter has seen a decrease in the last day. Louth's rate is now 107.8, according to the HPSC's most recent data, while Waterford's is back at 86.9. Donegal currently has the worst rate in the whole country at 148.2 which led the Government to acting and putting the county to level three.Martin says there is "every chance" there could be similar announcements in other areas.
