The Irish release date for the Harry Potter reunion special has been announced | JOE.ie

We've already had the casts of Friends and Sex & The City reunite this year, but arguably the most anticipated of the late is the upcomingCelebrating the 20th anniversary of the release of Harry Potter & the Philosopher's Stone, director Chris Columbus will be joined by Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint to discuss the making of the movie as well as the impact and legacy of the franchise.

They'll be joined by fellow Hogwarts cast mates including Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Imelda Staunton, Tom Felton, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Mark Williams, Bonnie Wright, Alfred Enoch, Matthew Lewis, Evanna Lynch and Ian Hart.Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Housesfrom Wednesday, 29 December.

Hosted by Helen Mirren, the special four-part event will showcase the biggest and best Wizarding World fans who will put their Harry Potter knowledge to the test, for the ultimate honour of being named House Cup champion. And to get you in the Harry Potter mood, all eight of the original movies are available to watch with your

, and they'll soon be joined by the first two Fantastic Beasts movies, when they're added to the NOW streaming library on Sunday, 19 December.Once you've got all of that watching done, you can then enjoy Harry Potter: Return to Hogwarts on the same day it lands in the States: Saturday, 1 January.
