Fiona holds a Professional Certificate in the Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness from the Institute of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. She has previously trained in positive neuroplasticity with the eminent neuropsychologist,Lisa Boissel understands just how difficult a role EAs, PAs and office managers have. She worked as an event director herself for over five years.

However, she didn’t want anyone to have to sacrifice either their career or their personal life. With her five-step system, she is empowering women around her to achieve more in leadership and in life, without adding any more undue stress to their plates.
