The president’s role in yesterday’s events proved the final straw for some Republicans, who suggested that Trump could be removed from office before Biden’s inauguration in less than two weeks’ time. The amendment was introduced after the assassination of John F Kennedy in 1963, when Congress felt it was important to decide upon a plan for presidential succession.

I don’t believe that Trump deserves to be unseated. He can’t be responsible for how some of his followers behaved. The vast majority of his supporters protested peacefully .

If they try the 25th Amendment it won’t be to get him out now it would be to stop him from running in 2024...Because if he does he’s gonna win..
