Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is under mounting pressure at Old Trafford after a dismal start to the season and Alan Brazil feels the clock is ticking on the Dutchman's tenure

Ex- Manchester United forward and talkSPORT regular Alan Brazil has claimed Erik ten Hag "is a goner" if the Red Devils fail to beat Luton on Saturday.

As a result, the scrutiny surrounding his place in the Old Trafford hot seat is growing with each match that United underwhelm in. The latest speculation suggests that some players within the squad are starting to question some of the Dutchman's tactical decisions. "Here's a prediction, he won't go, from what I hear, before December, but December 1 - he's in big danger. I don't think it's going to happen until after December."

The claims come just hours after reports emerged suggesting that sections of the United squad are beginning to question certain tactical decisions made by Ten Hag. His persistence when it comes to selecting 35-year-old Jonny Evans ahead of four-time Champions League winner Raphael Varane has raised eyebrows.
