Technical difficulties with Lotto website ahead of draw

The National Lottery has said that it is experiencing technical difficulties with its website and app due to high traffic volumes ahead of this evening's 'must-win’ draw.Its informed people that tickets are available in shops until 7.45pm, noting peole should be aware of queues.

This evening, if there's no still no winner of the jackpot, it will flow down to the winners in lower tiers. This will likely result in several winners. Mr Whearty said the National Lottery is likely to see an increase in sales for this "first time ever" must-win draw.
