Green Party TD Ossian Smyth, the Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, told a group of teenagers this week, that ‘taking action’ is a good thing. His precise words were that it’s a “really effective thing to do. It draws attention.”

susanokeeffe The climate protestors who used art to highlight their cause are both savvy and smart imo. Climate action does need a multi pronged approach and disruptive protest has a role to play in turning the medias attention to climate issues.
