Pfizer has said that clinical trials confirmed its anti-Covid pill reduced hospitalisations and deaths among at-risk people by almost 90% when it was taken in the first few days after symptoms appear

On the back of a positive test people should be prescribed these. Pick them up at local pharmacy. That would put a serious dent in hospitalisations.

For those doubting these pills they don't suffer from waning effectiveness as they are used to treat acute infection and are not in anyway like vaccines
