Ireland slumped to a demoralising defeat to Greece at The Aviva Stadium.

STEPHEN KENNY has been accused of ‘kidding the Irish public for the last three years’ after slumping to another disastrous defeat.

Fans voted with their feet and streamed out of the ground during the second half but, barring a dramatic FAI U-turn, Kenny will oversee the three remaining games of 2023. And Hamann added: “His lack of self criticism worries me.
