The counties that saw no increase in Covid-19 cases are Carlow, Cavan, Cork, Donegal, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Leitrim, Longford, Mayo, Monaghan, Offaly, Sligo, Westmeath, Wexford and Wicklow.
