The spell of good weather that Ireland has basked in this week is set to end with an"unseasonably cold, wet and windy day" ahead for tomorrow.
Met Éireann said that rain over the western half of the country will extend to all areas, turning heavy at times. Heavy showers or longer spells of rain with thundery downpours in some places may lead to spot flooding, with the highest rainfall totals likely to be near the west coast on high ground.
