A PSNI chief has defended officers in North Belfast after a track by an American rapper was played over a police Land Rover’s loud hailer.
But police say officers on the ground had a “positive engagement with a group of young people” in the area on Thursday evening. A separate video, not on the IRSP Facebook page, but seen by Belfast Live, shows missiles are thrown at the Land Rover and the police voice adds: “Ah no, don’t throw it at the armoured truck.”
