Firefighters and soldiers are searching for survivors in the rubble of a shopping centre in central Ukraine after a Russian missile strike killed at least 18 people in an attack condemned by the UN and the West

Family members of the missing lined up at a hotel across the road where rescue workers set up a base after the strike on the busy mall in Kremenchuk, in the region of Poltava, southeast of Kyiv.

Leaders of the Group of Seven major democracies, at a summit in Germany, said the attack was"abominable". A survivor receiving treatment at Kremenchuk's public hospital, Ludmyla Mykhailets, 43, said she was shopping with her husband when the blast threw her into the air."It was hell," added her husband, Mykola, 45, blood seeping through a bandage around his head.

The UN Security Council will meet today at Ukraine's request following the attack. UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said the missile strike was deplorable.Elsewhere on the battlefield, Ukraine endured another difficult day following the loss of the now-ruined city of Sievierodonetsk after weeks of bombardment and street fighting.

Somebody tell Saint Zelenskyy the cheap seat audience have left the theatre, only the cabal, splashing our money are cheering him on,

What are the odds that 'shopping centre' is close to Artem munitions factory, and that munitions were stored in the 'shopping centre'?

Either…… 1. Russians really hate shopping centres, or…… 2. The Ukes are storing NATO weapons in the shopping centre warehouses. You decide.

G7 condemns attack on Ukraine shopping centreThe leaders of the Group of Seven leading industrial democracies, gathered for their annual summit in southern Germany, condemned Russia's 'abominable' missile attack on a shopping centre in the Ukraine town of Kremenchuk. G7 has no credibility, It's a talking shop for lock step plans. Yemen, Yemen, Yemen. What is the point of countries like America spending millions on armies and don't use them to stop butchers like Putun. A bunch of rich leaders sitting around a table coming up with words like 'condemn' is doing absolutely noting to stop this. Kids in kindergarten could do that.
