Sean O’Rourke’s daughter moved back to Ireland after having his first grandchild

Sean O’Rourke’s daughter Aisling moved back home to Ireland after welcoming her first child in America.He and his wife Caroline were delighted to be able to meet her as they were allowed to travel to the States during the pandemic.Sean explained that becoming a grandfather was a lot different when compared to becoming a dad.

“There’s very little of the messy stuff like feeding and changing, except for the odd time we’d mind them for a few hours or overnight. “We were lucky to get to see her as lockdown restrictions were still operating. We got permission to travel on the grounds of offering to help with the newborn baby. “There’s no rushing to get things done, or get them to bed, or get to work. We appreciate their first few words, their beautiful innocence and their chuckles.
