“If every individual can do just that little bit more over the next few weeks we will stop another wave,” Dr Glynn said. Equally though I would ask anyone who feels like that to look at the entirety of the press conference last night. The theme of the press conference was gratitude from NPHET to the millions of people who complied with public health measures at St. Patrick’s Day. “We have sought over and over again over the past year to acknowledge the fatigue, the frustration, the exhaustion that people are feeling with these measures.

In a tweet this afternoon, the chair of the Irish Epidemiological Modelling Advisory Group said it was important that members NPHET highlight the situation even if it’s “unpopular” to do so. Professor Nolan said that this was due to increased mobility – more people attending work – and an increase in the number of contacts people were having.

Philip Nolan - we are tired of YOUR team not doing what is asked of YOU. Sourcing and delivering a vaccine which is the only way out of this. It is not on the public to do any more. It is YOU.

NPHET LIED TO TAOISEACH ABOUT THE VARIANT B117 NPHET HAVE HAD LEAKED EMAILS SAYING THEY NEED TO INCREASE ANXIETY UNCERTAINTY AND INSERCURITY ON THE PUBLIC. THE GOVERNMENT HAVE BEEN QUOTED SAYING HOLOHAN HAS TO MUCH CONTROL TIME FOR COUNTRY WIDE PROTESTS

oh 'let's keep washing those hands'.

I actually think that it is funny how full grown adults accept being talked to and treated like children.

Even the most compliant are finding it difficult to keep listening to the same rhetoric week after week while looking at ineptitude in our vaccination program and a clueless government with no exit plan. It will end in tragedy.

People are really angry now. They are done with this. It is going to get really fucking nasty very quickly and the government, along with their lapdog, piece of shit, Irish media will rue the fucking day.

You know what would be helpful Someone figuring out why we have flights landing this evening from France, Portugal, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Netherlands, UK, France and Belgium whilst Nphet debate extending lockdown to June Enough is enough . This wont help us

Can’t read this. I’ll get mad and say something I shouldn’t. Tell us where it’s being spread . It’s not the majority who are spreading it. We’re angry now. So please deal with this virus.

It's only a matter of time before the likes of Flynn and Holohan are put on trial.

This message needs to be directed at a fraction of the population and it might warrant running it by the qualified comms teams the Gov employs.

'The next 2 weeks will be crucial' ... ad infinitum ... ☹️

I'd say more sick and tired of this government and their stupid decisions and the horrible health service they've put together
