Officers seized 4,715 kgs of the rolling tobacco, branded ‘Flandria’, which was discovered in a consignment in a trailer that arrived from Zeebrugge, Belgium

Revenue officers have seized rolling tobacco with an estimated value of just under €4 million at Dublin Airport .

The seizure was made at the airport on Sunday as part of an intelligence-led operation with the assistance of detector dog, Milo. and represents a a potential loss to the Exchequer of over €2,919,000.
