Reality star Gemma Collins was "reduced to tears" when she got on the scales after one week of her new health regime , which doesn’t involve any vigorous exercise.
Eddie asked her: "Were you ever hungry?" "No!", Gemma replied. "I'm sharp as a knife. I'm raring to go. I've never done any sort of plan where I've eaten real food, I've eaten nuts, I've eaten feta, eggs, meat, and avocado. It's bizarre. I just cannot wait, bring on week two." Gemma was seen packing the trolley with nuts, salad, and various meat and vegetables. The TV star admitted she "can't believe" she can eat it all and still lose weight. Selina, added: "At the moment we are staying away from fruit because we don't want to raise her insulin."
