Building 4 at Parkmore West in Galway fully let and generating nearly €500k in annual rental income

Agent Harvey is guiding a price of €7.2 million for a prime industrial investment at Parkmore West Business & Technology Park in Galway.

The subject property comprises a modern, purpose-built detached industrial and office facility on a high-profile 2.73-acre site in Parkmore West Business & Technology Park. Parkmore was developed by and is actively managed by the IDA. Building 4 extends to a total gross external floor area of 5,032.12sq m constructed in 2003. An extension was added to the property in 2006.
