Pippa O'Connor doesn't struggle with mum guilt anymore because she is older and wiser

The blogger-turned-businesswoman shares sons Ollie, 10, Louis, 7 and two-year-old Billy with husband Brian Ormond.

She told RSVP Magazine: “They’re great craic and really good boys. The dynamic with our youngest and his older brothers is fantastic. “When I have to go away to work he understands and says if I don’t work then we can’t do nice things. I think it is really important for my kids to see that.”“I used to when my older two were younger, but not anymore. Maybe I’m getting older and wiser or maybe I had children when I was younger and felt the pressures of being judged,” she explained.

“I have friends who are full-time mums and they think it’s amazing that I can work, but I think it’s great that they can be home for their kids all of the time. No matter what set-up you have, once you can go to bed at night knowing you have done your best, nothing else matters.”
