Paul Mescal has said that Hugh Jackman is among the elite Hollywood stars who have reached out to compliment his work on Normal People.And not only is he now being recognised amongst the likes of The Greatest Showman star, nominated for the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series with the star, he revealed he has also been in contact with them.
“There’s been tons of people that have reached out. The one recently, I think two or three weeks ago, Hugh Jackman reached out and I’m a massive, super fan of him,” he told E! News. And despite emerging as the breakout star and Ireland’s newest most eligible bachelor, he is convinced his rise as a ‘sex symbol’ is a temporary thing.
The Maynooth man has been spending a lot of time with the All My Friends hitmaker for a special one-off live performance.
