Nurse Maricar Cabral-Osori admitted the teenager to hospital with severe stomach pains and an ultrasound scan quickly ruled out pregnancy. It wasn’t long before Cabral-Osori discovered the cause of the patient’s problem, as she later discovered the young girl screaming over a toilet bowl.“You saw the Mom turn white,” Cabral-Osori explained.

“The Mom was apologising to the girl. She’s like, ‘I’m so sorry. You know, I just did it to make you a little skinnier.
