The Dublin-headquartered gambling giant has been sanction by the UK Gambling Commission for its failures

Paddy Power has been fined £490,000 for offering Premier League promotions to people who had told the betting giant that they no longer wanted to gamble.

The UK Gambling Commission issued the fine after Paddy Power sent enhanced odds on a football match to mobile phones of users who had asked not to be contacted about gambling. The people had either asked Paddy Power directly to “self exclude” from its services or signed up ...
