Ole Gunnar Solskjaer now in frame to be next Republic of Ireland manager

The search for the next Republic of Ireland manager has taken another twist with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s name suddenly in the framewould be giving the role full time, but a surge of money placed on Solskjaer suggests that the FAI could appoint the former Manchester United teammates as manager and coach.Then again, the bookmakers have been wrong on several occasions during this 142-day search for a successor to Stephen Kenny.
