Louth legend Paddy Keenan doesn’t believe that the players will carry a Mickey Harte hangover into new boss Ger Brennan’s regime.
He said: “Just to put myself in the players’ position, when the news came out first [about Harte’s departure], the couple of days after it, I know I would have been quite annoyed to be honest about it, the way it panned out. “There’s another outside man coming in, would there be a little bit of distrust or anything like that?
He added: “I don’t think you’re necessarily going to see the players turning their back on a new manager or anything.
