The videos have been released on the streamer under the Nike Training Club banner and provide a range of options for people of all fitness levels, such as"strength training, yoga and high-intensity workouts".In a statement, Netflix said the fitness classes will launch in two batches, with the first being released on Friday, 30 December.
Led by Nike’s premier certified trainers, the programmes - which all have multiple episodes - contained in batch one include:Kickstart Fitness with the Basics "It’s not always easy to motivate yourself to exercise, but the option to feel the burn and then directly transition into one of your favorite shows does have a certain appeal and now, that’s exactly what you can do," Netflix said.
The videos streaming now are available in multiple languages on all Netflix plans and feature workouts for"all fitness levels and interests".
